- A full range of plumbing services for domestic and commercial properties including new installations, renovations and repairs.
- Hot water cylinder removal and replacement with low pressure, mains pressure electric or gas, and to install an instantaneous water heater such as a Rinnai Infinity.
- Installation of gas-fired space heaters, ovens and cookers, water heating, outdoor fires and BBQ’s.
- Supply and installation of a gas-fired furnaces and boilers for warm-air and hot water central heating.

- Running several hundreds meters of 100/150mm PVC stormwater for a heritage listed Wellington commercial building that was being completely gutted and rebuilt.
- Commercial installations of toilet suites, urinals, vanities, showers, hot water cylinders, tapware etc.
- Constructed a shed to provide covered parking of a horse float.

Further experience prior to BLP Services
- Worked on a job where a spring under a Mt Victoria home had created an enormous amount of water damage. The solution was to rip up part of the floor on part and dig a sump pit. A submersible pump was installed to pump the spring water out from under the floor. This was a major undertaking that lasted several weeks where there was very limited access to move materials and spoilage.
- Assisted with the plumbing and gas installation on a luxurious home in Eastbourne including the installation of LPG to supply the kitchen, hot water and an outdoor fire.
- Completed the installation of a gas fired heating system for two chicken farms and a large orchid house.
- Installed the gas pipe work and appliances for a new teaching kitchen.
- Installed 12 gas fired boiler units for hot water and heating of a student amenities block.
- Responsible for the plumbing and gasfitting for two new science blocks and a student dormitory at Waikato University.
- Worked on several large projects for Waikato Hospital, ward fitouts and plumbing for the new dentistry suite.
- Completed all the plumbing, gas and roof work for a new school in Nawton and a similar sized project encompassing new kitchen, amenities block and dormitory for St Peters School in Cambridge.
- Provided plumbing maintenance services for two Fonterra sites that involved the whole spectrum of plumbing, roofing, flashings, as well as above ground and below ground pipework. A lot of the work was undertaken at heights in excess of 5m, or in very confined areas in below ground.
